Qatar Qpoints on Iberia ticket on Vueling metal?

I'm looking to see if I get Qatar points and miles on an Iberia ticketed flight but that is actually operated by Vueling...

Theoretically I should as Iberia is Oneworld and is the issuing airliner. It has the option to input my Qatar frequent flyer details.

But, Qatar's Qcalculator is of no help as it doesn't recognise the Vueling flights from Beirut to Milan via Barcelona...., so I can't just "work it out".

Also... as a Qatar Silver ff, I get lounge access in Beirut at the Cedar lounge when I'm flying Qatar, but will I get it when flying another Oneworld airline? I've read conflicting information....
