QC Meeting Room Charges Increase 1 Feb

I was just booking a meeting room at SYD T2 QC for this coming Friday. Notice that the charges have increased again as of 1 Feb. New rates are:
New Changes Effective from 1 February 2006
From 1 February 2006, new meeting room charges will apply. Meeting rooms will be charged according to the number of guests and hours of use.

No. of Guests Hourly Rate Day Rate (6+ hrs)
1-4 $40.00 $240.00
5-8 $60.00 $360.00
9+ $80.00 $480.00

This is a significant increase from the $20/hr that used to be charged - obviously enough demand to cope with such increases.

And an even bigger increase from when they were free for members to book!
 
QC MEETING ROOM CHARGES

No probs at all, there are plenty of hotels in the "immediate" SYD AP area with good facilities to hold meetings .....they have got my business! :lol:
