Qantas has commissioned ANOP Research Services to undertake a confidential survey of members, to obtain feedback about your recent domestic flight experience. You have been randomly selected to participate in the research and it would be much appreciated if you could complete our online survey by Wednesday 22nd October 2008. The survey should take around ten minutes to complete.
In appreciation of your contribution, ANOP will enter you into the draw to win a prize of $500. The winner will be drawn from those who submit completed surveys to ANOP.

Received this survey last Thursday and they're lucky it was my first flight BNE-CNS as QP SG yesterday, with OLCI 738 4F and Business luggage tags that really worked.
So good - so far. Good that they didn't offer points instead as a prize.

Without some sort of unique identifier being recorded in their database:

How do they identify you ifn you win the prize?
How do they know if you try to complete the survey more than once?

Sorry to revive old thread, but just received a similar survey, same intro etc.

Interested in airport experience, lounge experience, check-in, on-board, catering etc.

As my last flight was Friday 3 April from MEL to SYD it had some pointed feedback!

Until I read this post I was wondering why the link in the original post didn't work.

CHance to win $500 bux for completing a survey - they should do them more regularly these days.
