Not sure where to stick this so apologies in advance.

What are the chances of getting a Y+ upgrade via points from Syd-Lhr? I am your rock bottom bronze wif no status but I do like to fly nice. With the price of Y+ being a bit scary I wanted to try an upgrade, but the fine print makes me wonder if I would get the upgrade. Other options are to go another carrier but not keen on this option.

If I booked whY for March 2012 can anyone give an idea if we'd get the nice chairs? Not keen on sitting bolt upright for 24 hours is all.

Mar 2012 is when all the changes happen with QF, your chances of getting an upgrade are about as clear as what the stock market will do on the day you fly, and dont forget ASAs (Any Seat Awards), they are often better value than upgrades!

Interesting we all have options

Be careful QF!
