Hi all,

Just trying to plan a trip btw SYD and SIN. After researching on this forum, as I only have bronze status, understand my best chance to book something is to book 297 ahead. However, I just tried to search today around midday, next year early Feb and late Jan, there is no U seats on any of the direct QF flights ? The only ones I can see includes a transfer in Mel or Bri. And it is run by Jet start. My questions:
1. I want to travel with my family so 2adults + 1 kid in U, is that not possible to book as too many tickets ?
2. What is the best for me to find the availability ? Try to search every morning 10am from 297 days ahead ?

My understanding is that Qantas is no longer automatically releasing award seats on flights at 297 days on many routes. Instead, they are releasing them in batches, presumably once they get an idea of predicted loads. So your only option is to keep checking back and hope for the best.

Just keep checking. One day I rang up and there was nothing between Australia - LHR, the next day I could book SYD-SIN-LHR all on BA and it was less than 6 months out.
