QF Domestic - Points Upgrade to Business, Flight Cancelled, Now in Premium Economy

Hi - would love someone’s advice on this. I originally booked PER-MEL on QF770 in discount economy and used 27,200 points to upgrade. The flight was cancelled and I was rebooked on QF10 in Premium Economy. What are the points usually required to upgrade from discount economy to premium economy on that sector? I need to know if I should ask QF for a refund of some/all points. Thank you!!
