Thanks!
Shame it's only for QF operated flights. But useful for Dom anyway.

Fine print as of now, in case it gets changed (but looks very similar to the last one):

Thanks for posting.

Domestic - I've booked VA in the past week. International - QF operated flights only? Hilarious. No thanks, I'll pass.

Well, we have been warned:

….a friendly suggestion to those planning to take advantage - either directly or via delayed bookings - to hold off registering till after 1000 AEST/1100 AEDT as some have experienced problems registering before midnight GMT. While QF may have resolved that issue, it can't hurt to wait a few hours and potentially save angst in my book.. I know it will be super tempting to jump right in as soon as it comes up.

QF Marketed and Operated was the case last time around was it not?
Yes. And exactly why I didn't partake. QF is fine domestically but just doesn't compare internationally in premium cabins.

Has the Commonwealth purposes exclusion been in previous promotions? Have always got them before

Roll over date is 31st March, what are the chances of receiving the DSC before then if I book a flight for the 25th Feb?

Very good chance. They usually post within a week or two.

Either way, as long as you fly by 31 March I think it should be fine as your status re-qualification is based on the date flown rather than the date the status credits post to your account.

Oh that's great thanks!

It’s a shame recent promos cover a shorter flying window than they used to. It means that this promo is less useful than it otherwise would be.

Don't worry, I'm sure there will be another promo before the end of August to cover further dates into the future ;)

Very nice timing. I've two trips to book this week, although one is for the 21st Feb. Registration seems to have gone through rapidly and efficiently at 6.30 am. Confirmation e.mail almost instantly.

It's open to everyone, not targeted. There's even a banner up on the home page of the Qantas website in some countries.

The promo was only released this morning so the emails haven't been sent out yet by Qantas. Give it some time...

In the meantime, you can register using the link in the first post of this thread.
