Hoping for some advice.
I have platinum status, and my membership year ends at the end of Feb
I have a double status flight booked mid-Feb, and I will need the bonus points from that flight to keep me at platinum.
So what happens if the bonus points aren't credited until after my membership end date? Do I lose my status?

They apply to the date earnt, not the date credited. So you will be fine.

And the date earned is the scheduled departure time & date.

Was the flight booking made in February 2024 or October 2024?

Yep I can see the confusion. My membership renewal date is at the end of Feb 2025. I booked the flight (which I will take in Mid Feb 2025) during the double status promotion earlier this year .... March I think it was

Is this thread referring to status credits, or QFF points? The title is a bit confusing as it refers to ‘status points”.

Pretty sure it's about status credits.

Is your flight in "Mid Feb 2025" before 15 February 2025 (given that the promotion earlier this year covers travel dates until 14 February 2025 only)?

So firstly there's eligibility.

The March 2024 Double Status Credit has an eligibility date of Feb 14 2025 to take your flight. If your flight is before then, it will be fine. If not then unfortunately you are not eligible for the bonus.

Next the actual crediting. If you are short a small amount and waiting on the DSC, what will happen is when you tick over it'll temporarily drop you down but the DSC will come in back dated to your flight and you will br requalified. This can also all be done manually by a customer agent if you explain the situation especially if you need your status in early March.

Although the reality is that DSC credit within a day or two right now.
