Hi
Any problems having QF double status points from recent promotion being credited?
I just looked at my activity statement and the first leg my flight booked on 04 May has not had the double status credited yet. I am flying QF discount economy.

It can often take a few (or even 6-8) weeks after the end of the promotion period for bonus points and credits to appear.

Can take a while.

Getting them credited is the easy bit, getting the promotion is the hard bit.

There's another thread here, somewhere, on this. The T&C probably stated up to six (or eight weeks?). Most SC have been posting fairly quickly, it seems.

Edit: At the end of that period, if they haven't posted, you should contact QFF to get them credited.

Did you get the email confirming you registered for the promotion?

Btw 4 May is the end of the qualifying period for booking. If your flight was more than a week ago perhaps the computer systems didn't correctly detect that it was booked in the qualifying period. You will have to wait the full 6 weeks after the completion of your travel before you can call QANTAS and chase up the DSCs.

Yes, in as little as a few days. Mostly QANTAS seems to do a good job in posting them quickly.

flew on the 26th and the DSC were credited on the 30th

My DSC credits took about 3 days to post and also got a credit of extra points for a flight that had me in a higher status level when DSC applied...
