Qantas and Emirates, have today launched a joint commercial offer, releasing Early Bird airfares in First and Business Cabins for travel in 2014.

The fares are highly competitive for customers wishing to travel to destinations across Europe, as well as destinations in North Africa and the Middle East.

Together, Qantas and Emirates offer 98 flights per week from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth to Dubai, Qantas’ new international hub, and onwards to more than 30 European destinations.

Fares are on sale from 13 Sep 2013 to 2 December 2013 for travel between 1 February 2014 and 31 October 2014. Fare levels may vary during this period.

No link detailing actual fares, which are in the GDS, my text above is from the agents site.

The Europe section at least is on fares 1st Feb 2014 to 31st August 2014. Other ports dates vary a bit from this. There seem to be quite reasonable savings here.

I paid $7777 for HBA-MEL-LHR, and returning CDG-LHR-MEL-HBA whereas same flights in Oct/Nov this year are just under $10,000. I managed to get the same flights as a JASA booking so it worked out really well for us.
