I think there was a thread in the past but couldn't find it yet.
We have QF op by EK flights and I just added our newborn to the booking via the QF 'Premium' WP hotline.
Not sure what happened, but the name of our newborn is correct in the Qantas booking but different when logging in at Emirates with the same reference.
Called QF again and say said it should be fixed, that was 20hrs ago.
Furthermore, still no eticket for the newborn or credit card charged with the amount of the added infant.
So the booking reference from Qantas with the infant has the correct spelling, how is it possible that the same booking reference on Emirates has a different spelling?
How long should it take for QF to issue the new eticket? 24hrs? 48hrs?
