The ability to change a classic flight award online seems to be new.

I stumbled across it when looking at an upcoming booking. I had not seen the "change" button before.

Is this new, or have I just never noticed?

I also have a One World Classic Flight Award in my profile and the "change" button appears, but is greyed out.

I noticed that on a future booking (to NZ) and thought the same thing. Pretty sure I didn’t have the “change” options on a booking to DRW that I had to COVID-cancel.

I remember it's there for my previous reward bookings...

Fair enough. I'm doing so little travel I'm not on the site very often.
It been there for quite a few years - it used to work far better, but these days is a lottery on it actually being available, or, indeed, working.

I tried to use it a few weeks ago. However, there were a significant lesser number of options available on the day I wanted than if I rebooked. Problem of course is that I'm still waiting for the fee refund!
