inclusive of taxes and is it available ex sydney?

i am keen to travel to Germany from Sydney in October in premium economy. BA seems reasonable at about a$3.400 but when i check Qantas, the website offers choice of just economy and business/first.

I don't mind going mix of economy/business for a bit more cost provided SCs and QFF points accrue. That rules out Swiss/OW airlines fares.

Any suggestions?

My understanding is (and someone with more knowledge might be able to correct me ) but QF does not fly premium economy to Frankfurt. You would have to go to London and then hop a short haul flight across from there.
