I needed to take an extra person into the QF First lounge recently and resorted to buying from eBay  one of the passes given to SG members during the grounding. But when we rocked up at the lounge, the agent let me take two guests in :D and said to keep the pass for use on a different time before the end of the year. Nice but problem being I won't have a use for it before it expires.

So I am going to give it away to someone who can provide the most interesting or amusing anecdote of their travels.
The pass is for one entry to the MEL or SYD QF international First lounge when travelling on a QF/JQ flight number and expires on 31 December 2012.
Conditions: poster must be an AFF member for over 3 months with a minimum of 50 posts.
The winner must also collect the pass from one of these locations where I'll be:
Dec 24 - BKK
Dec 25 - SYD & MEL
Dec 27 - MEL
Dec 28 - MEL
Dec 29 - MEL & BNE
Dec 30 - BNE, TSV & MEL

Hopefully this should allow enough time to recall a story and organise for collection and Flounging :)

I look forward to donating it to someone who can make use of it in return for a tale from the air or road.

A generous offer. Considering AFF is full of interesting stories you might have trouble choosing a winner. Have you set a cutoff date?

No not yet I thought I'd see what kind of responses I get, and as the expiry date looms and when I'm around to give it away they will also factor into who can take it. I'll take stories previously regaled on AFF that I might have missed - I'm sure I haven't read them all :)
