A friend has a $100 voucher, given as compensation, that expires June 30 and called Qantas to book a flight SYD-MEL-SYD in August and was told that the flights booked had to be completed before June 30. This is the first time I had heard of this condition on a QF voucher. I told him to call QF again and speak to another customer service agent.

Am I right in thinking that you can book any flights as long as you use the voucher before the expiry date?
