QF Group travel booking - status credits?

Can someone confirm that Qantas group travel bookings earn status credits and points? According the QF group travel website international economy fares are G class which SHOULD earn but I was hoping someone who has had a booking in the past can confirm this. Also, can upgrade requests be submitted for individuals? (The rest of the group may not approve of this though!)

Aside from generally earning points and SC's, not much can be done with a group booking. Most cannot even select seats.

Just replying to my own post after flying on a group booking. Points and SC earnt as a G class fare. Seat selection available if you phone QF or at airport but not online. Upgrades also available to request via phone if WP and above.
