I am planning to book a Oneway/multicity itinerary going FRA-SIN-MEL-SYD-PER-SYD-HBA-SYD-CBR-MEL-SYD for which I have two options. The semi-flexible fare comes in at 1336€ and the fully flexible, 1706€, an extra 370€ for free changes and cancellation.

Now, I have no idea what fare buckets these two book into, however, when I click on fare details for fully flexible, it notes that Points and SC earn is in Discount Y. Now for the international legs, I understand, however, is it also the same for the domestic legs or will I earn full Y points and SC?

I would gladly pay the 370€ extra if this were the case. Can anyone advise on this or should I call QF and ask?

If you continue through to the last booking page, it should give you a summary of all the flights with the applicable fare type noted. I've done this a few times where I book what displays initially as a Red e-Deal, however then on the final summary page it might show the first leg as Red e-Deal and then the remainder as Flexi or whatever the one lower is.

That's for domestic, not sure if it works the same for Intl, however I'd imagine it should.
