qf loyalty bonus

Hi,
Just a bit confused. Prior to my trips this wkend it was showing 0 of 4 with 60sc required to reach next bonus (or something like 0 of 4). My annv. date is 31/8. I realize lb were reset end of Dec. '11 but mine still showed only needing 60 to reach next bonus.

Nothing showing thus far on loyalty bonus for trips on Friday and in process of finishing two flts. today and of course don't expect my just completed one to post yet.
LB now showing 0 of 5.

Help in understanding would be appreciated. Cheers

In terms of the reset in dec 2011, any SC earned since your previous anniversary that had not already earned a LB was rolled over. That might explain why you still had 60 SC required post Dec 2011.

I'm not sure what your other question is, have you flights posted yet? I wouldn't expect any changes until those flights show up in your activity. Also not sure about the 0 of 5 thing.

thanks Medhead, I should have been clearer, yes my two flts. on Friday have been posted. This was one of the confusion things as figured lb should have also posted. I wonder if it is because these are dsc flt's, maybe something to do with this??? cheers

The 2 flights earned the required 60 SC? That is strange. I wouldn't expect the DSC to be an influencing factor. I only have one LB, I've just checked and there was a bit of a delay. Flight on 3 Feb posted on 4 Feb, LB posted on 6 Feb. Just checking the calendar that matches your situation with 3 Feb being a Friday, LB didn't come in until Monday.

Still not sure about the 0 of 5 thing.

The 0 of 5 bit, are you sure its 5.

The normal words are "

Total number of Loyalty bonuses awarded in the current membership year" x of 4.

Well, what a difference a half-day makes, loyalty bonus now posted and says i've used total of 1 of 4 for my year. I have no idea why it earlier showed 0 of 5, all good now.

Now wait for my dsc's for flts. and nearly at platinum for first time. Looking forward to sydney flounge and ba flounge in t3 on next trip. I will try and behave as though an old hand.
