Book an eligible hotel stay or holiday package by 11:59pm (AEST) Friday 27 September 2024 and complete your stay before 30 June 2025 to go in the draw.^ The more you book, the more chances you have to win.

I wonder if the work experience kids forgot to notify ff members on time, seems odd to only start publicizing on 26th when it ends 27th.

I only have 3 nights to book in the offer period at this stage and will need to see if booking via QF hotels is worth it.

Ok I some how missed that email. Wondering if one could book refundable stays and depending on how far in advance you are notified of win cancel if no win?

Now don't go putting this one on OzBargain...

But, what does it mean by "...and complete your stay before 30 June 2025 to go in the draw"? They also have this to say in the Ts & Cs:

6) Should an Entrant cancel the Eligible Stay booking that is connected to a winning entry, they forfeit their entry into the competition (and accordingly, will forfeit the prize they would have won).

The dispatch of the prizes will be credited to the major prize winner’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account up to eight (8) weeks from when:

a) the winner completes their Eligible Stay during the Promotion Period, the date the winner is validated and has accepted the Major Prize; or

b) the winner completes their Eligible Stay after the Promotion Period, the date the winner checks out of their Eligible Stay.

Sounds complicated!
