For some reason my pin no longer works.
I was into my QF account to check forward bookings etc this evening, have just tried again & it's telling me my pin is wrong. Tried 3 times & got the message that I've tried too many times!!
So, I rang up & was told my QF number is probably about to be changed. The person I spoke to said I'd just have to try online in the morning, or phone in the morning.
I've been spoilt, & find a good time to check up on my bookings / seating / flight changes etc for all my forward bookings is when I get time, & that is usually late at night or on weekends, or both. And same timing for making bookings.
My new card, received in the last 3 days, has my QF number that I've had since 1994.
No email telling me that my number is going to be changed.
Anyone else have these problems? My very first thought was that my account had been hacked. Who'd want to do that?
