I wanted to find out if a QF domestic flight operated by Alliance Airlines is eligible to earn SC/Points on another OW program (in my case MH?)?

What about status benefits? Do i get acess to the lounge pre-flight using my OW status?

Yes no issues as it's treated like it's QF operated.

Alliance flights operated for Qantas are no different as far as point/SC earn and status benefits go then the Finnair wet lease BKK/SIN-SYD flights or Republic flights in the US operated for American or Alaska.
