Hi guys.
Requested a points upgrade Y -> J last night, for a flight mid January. I also ticked the box to request a Y+ upgrade if the J upgrade was unsuccessful.
Anyway, when I click on the "upgrade" link for the booking again now (view your bookings > upgrade), I can see the Y -> J upgrade request:
but ... if I look in the booking itself (using the view your bookings > view/change link), under the flight details it has this:
I called the platinum help desk, and was told that this is apparently normal - the helpful gent suggested that the system was set up before Y+ existed, so it doesn't display the request correctly in the booking.
Has anyone else seen this before?
