Has anyone else noticed a significant decrease in the expertise of the travel consultants on the QF Premium phone service since they relocated to Hobart? I have had three serious mistakes made by willing but inexperienced consultants in three international bookings over recent months.

ABSOLUTELY NO!!!!

Can I share that Vicki and her supervisor Tamara managed to get me from Melbourne to Cuba via Europe at XMAS on a QF RTW 280k fare x 2 in J and spent.....(I won't say exactly how long I case Redroo is watching and it was too long, suffice to say it was a loooooooong time)

Above and beyond and I can only say "Thank You!"

the transition period was patchy but seems to have rebalanced somewhat and trending to the expertise of old.

there will always be standouts
