Been on the QF website about fare to Singapore from Perth on there Sale fares I received today , advertising $ 249 one way , tried all dates on there dropdown prices and NO way do I get these fares, I want to go March 18 return March 30 which falls in with sale fares and I can't get prices anywhere near these sale fares, tried all others sale dates ,still no joy, Am I doing something wrong here?

I can't find any QF flights at that price on those dates either. But try searching for flights a day earlier or later. I can see this, for example:
