QF ticket department opening days

Hi all,

Have a booking on MH & AY metal to Europe in about a month. I want to add on another AY flight from HEL to CDG.

Just wondering what days the ticketing department is open for QF? Are they closed weekends or just Sundays? Not referring to customer support line which I know is 24/7.

I am concerned if I make the change tomorrow and they will not ticket it right away and put it to the manual que and it doesn't get ticketed quickly then the MH flights will drop (as has happened to me before). Am just limited in when I can give the time to make the change to Fridays or weekends really. Want to make sure for the 24-48hrs after the change is made that I can hound them to get it ticketed without them saying have to wait for ticketing department to come back Monday etc.

Odd specific question I know, thanks!

Last week, I made some changes involving WP release requests on Friday and they weren't ticketed until Tuesday, noting that's on QF metal.

I feel like partner awards might get prioritised, but I'd push for it to be reticketed while you're on the phone if you can (it wasn't possible in my case but I also didn't stress about it due to being on QF).

Not taking the chance with the MH flights. Have had them drop off before because QF didnt ticket within 24hrs.
