Just wondering if anyone can help me out, I originally had a booking SYD/LAX/SYD that had been booked/ticketed, however this was then cancelled and soon after re-instated (thanks to conflicting info regarding the time availible to me), the e-ticket was issued no problems however when I go to retrieve the booking the voucher just comes up as opposed to the flight info, seat selection etc.
I called the WP service centre and they said from their end all shows up fine (ie the changes, ticket issued, etc).
Just wondering if anyone had any idea what was happening and if it can be rectified. :?:

CMT just brings the voucher up, however the LAN site brings up the ticket details.

Very much so...

BA gives the ticket details, and shows me confirmed for 34A on QF 11/12.

I have something similar. I have cancelled (many months ago) a J class award LAX-SYD for 07MAR12 and it still shows in My Booking. Also CMT and BA confirms the flights are still confirmed. LAN puts me to ticket numbers and clicking on them says invalid numbers. My points and cash have been refunded already but its just weird that the booking still shows as active when it should not be.

Just as a way of a update, after basically being fobbed off by the web services saying the ticket was re-booked with a new reference number, when I know for a fact it was re-instated with the same reference number, and no reply to date to my follow up e-mail.
A e-mail to QF Customer Care outlining what was happened, and they confirmed it as a glitch in the website, and will be have to be rectified by the web team.
