The Qantas website has been expanded in terms of the number of countries that you can departures out of.

Singapore has been replaced by "Asia" and the UK has been replaced with "Europe"

At first glance it looks great as BKK and many other cities are now included in the list of cities you can book online. But....

It appears that the only Asian cities you truly book online from are HKG, SIN, ICN and TPE without the need to visit an office. I haven't checked any other regions.

This is still probably an improvement IF you are able to make use of it and visit the appropriate airline office.

Just not much us to the unusual few who haunt these sites to get good deals.

Shame it's the same for Indonesia, too. But it does make checking flight availability from Indonesia a little bit easier.

Interesting thing is the prices are quoted in Rupiah, and the prices barely fit in the calendar boxes, e.g. " Rp6294000" = AUD700 before taxes, "Rp9708000" = AUD 1200 after.

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

Interestingly Being, Seoul and Shanghai have Red-E-Deals on at the moment.

Looking at the pricing out of Indonesia, it's pretty ordinary - booking through ZUJI: Your Online Travel Guru gives better pricing, even after the service charge (and they charge in AU$ too - so no currency conversion to deal with).
