QF1 returned to Sydney 3/8 and flew out 4/8 as d1 or 1d. Flight to LHR was cancelled. Reference is Qantas source, clueless how to copy and paste the article.

My question is what happened if your ticket was booked to LHR? First time flying this route in October, naturally nervous. TIA

Anyone who would have been on the DXB-LHR leg of the delayed QF1 (or the LHR-DXB leg of QF10) would have been transferred to one of the 6 daily EK flights to LHR.
