QF16 Seatmap

Hi All,

So I'm flying on whY QF 16 LAX to BNE and the seatmap is giving me a choice in the 2-4-2 seat configuration.

Is this a mistake in the software? I'm currently on the bulkhead and don't want to shift if it turns out this is a mistake and end up with a worse seat.

Anyone know what this means?

You may be in luck here. Seats in rows 36-39 could well be Premium Economy sold as economy.

My mum had this on QF5 two weeks ago. (I was doing her seat for her) I told to jump straight into those seats and it turned out to be PE seats.

Go for it. It's a 4 class aircraft sold as 3 class.

Absolutely PE seating.

While Qantas are reconfiguring their 2 class (J/Y) 744 to three class (J/W/Y) they are subbing in 4 class configured 744 (F/J/W/Y) to operate some flights on these routes.

This includes QF5, QF6 (SYD/FRA), QF15/QF16 (BNE/LAX) & QF21/QF22 (SYD/NRT).

So, if in:

• WHY, then look for 2x4x2 (seating is PE)
• PE, then look for 2x3x2 (Seating is Skybed Mk I)
• J, then look for 1x2x1 (Seating is First)
