QF51 BNE-SIN on Saturday. Busy?

Hi folks,

I'm a lowly bronze (just changed jobs to one with more travel, so no status yet) doing this flight on Sat 30th. Anyone been on it recently - been full? Or are the GEC and swine flu keeping everyone at home?

I'm really hoping for the elusive empty seat next to me, not in the mood for 8 hours in Y sardine seating... And it seems like my previous run of luck for exit row seats is over now they want to charge for it!

Flew back 0n QF52 last friday and according to the crew J was often full on both inward and outward sectors.Y was not quite as full generally.

J down to 5 seats and selling 9's on NOQ classes - and even award seats (X9).

As it turns out, it wasn't completely empty. I ended up in 45K (on an A333), which is just about the best economy seat I've ever been in... Exit row (paying for those hadn't started yet), with a window-side armrest that folded back. Love it.
