Folks,

is there any way to find out if QF777 from MEL to PER on 5th July 2011 has Skybeds. I called QFF Plat but they couldn't tell me for sure.

Looks like a domestic config 332 - so no beds.

Having a look at the flight Tracker on The Qantas Source, QF777 seems to be a mixture of EBM/EBN and EBP lately with the odd 737 thrown in. There was a stage last year where it was operated by the A333, but not anymore with that going to QF772/773 rotation.
From what I can gather, it seems the international A332's seem to do the SYD-PER-SYD rotation more than the MEL-PER-MEL rotation (but this may have changed recently)

I thought I saw a SMH article that said the skybeds were going to be available on the SYD-PER-SYD run, and will be extended to the MEL-PER-MEL run by the end of the year.

They are available on specific flights (the weekday 772/773). I don't think the intention was to have them on all flights!

Hmmm - I didn'tsay or infer that all flights would have them : to clarify, some flights SYD-PER-SYD atm, then later in the year such arrangements to be extended on flights MEL-PER-MEL.

In that case, the A333's are on some flights now :p

And here I was thinking that QF had invested in some 777's when I saw this thread.
