Recent flight over to LAX, flight was delayed out of MEL about 30mins (was told catering) but once on the plane it was all fantastic the entire trip. The last hour or two was some intense buffering as we flew in the Californian storms but well handled by pilots and a super smooth landing.

Pre-flight drinks supplied, personal introductions, quality friendly personal servicing the entire flight - meals, snacks, bed made, breakfast and was even offered a bottle of wine to leave the flight with (declined).

I usually don't even eat on flights regardless of length - just pop an ambien and sleep from wheels up to wheels down, it negates any and all possible service related issues.

However, from the moment of boarding this one just felt friendly and so I stayed awake, got some work done, a few movies and very happy with both service and food quality.

A+
