QFA68 - Sydney to Singapore

So, sitting in Y after my failed upgrade request, something I have never noticed before: QFA68??? on QF081. I did QF068 before which is BLR - SYD, does anyone know what happened here with QF IT and ICAO codes?

Probably the CSM not entering the correct flight number or not changing it from a previous flight.
