Is it me or does everyone have problems when finding a flight and adding it to the itenary only to find 3 seconds later that it crashes and says the following..

An internal error has occurred in the Qantas Frequent Flyer, online Award booking system. If you have provided your credit card details please check Your Bookings to see if your booking was completed. Otherwise, please try again or contact Telephone Sales on 13 11 31 within Australia or your local Qantas Telephone Sales office to make your Award booking.

If you call them will they charge you the 2500 Assisted Award Booking Fee?

Regards,

Jonno

I have had a heap of problems with the QF site recently - trying to upgrade using using points online is unworkable...

Me too.

The site has been particularly bad over the past month; you just have to try your luck at different times of day.

OLCI seemed to be stuffed earlier - saying I was trying to check-in for flight outside 24 hours when the flight was 23 hours away.

As for upgrades with points, well not much luck from PER to SYD!:(

I posted about a month ago, the reason for this. Its due to the DST, try at 22 3/4 hours away and you should be fine.

Thanks Flashware; absolutely correct.

Very frustrating, isn't it ;)

Even still I jump on to checkin, only to be met with "too early"!

It was very frustrating, as I had to go to a meeting and could only get back to it 2 hours later, when clearly available good seats had been jumped on!
