QFF Award Flight Bookings not working

The Award Bookings section of My Account on QFF has been showing as blank this morning.

Anyone else having the same problem?

The Award Bookings section of My Account on QFF has been showing as blank this morning.

This happens to me every now and again.

Try going back to the QF home page and then back to the awards booking page and it usually correct itself.

It is working for me. I am very peeved though. I booked a Classic award seat next July to Heathrow, one way as the return flights had not opened up yet. The flights back have now opened up, but no seat for the date I need is available when I do a 'one way' search. If I do a two way search, which I dont need, guess what, there is a seat.

Give them a buzz, explain the problem and see if they can book your flight and waive the call booking fee

Restarted IE logged into Mrs QFF account.

Award bookings worked.

Logged out and back into me account.

Now working.
