Has any one noticed how very few QFF award flights are listed for 2008?

I have been trying to book a business class flight for May 2008 and there are very few available to most destinations in Europe.

A couple of years ago I did the same and had a huge choice to pick from!

Welcome to AFF Josko. This seems to be a common problem with QF, particularly First and Business awards. I was looking through ExpertFlyer the other day looking for awards and could only find limited economy seats with two business class seats available in a four week window (to LA though) in April next year (as far forward as I could go). THe only recommendation I can suggest is try contacting the FF service centre and ask about availability on CX and JL. At one stage these didn't show on the online booking centre so if this hasn't changed???, then a call is in order.

On a similar note to the lack of availability to awards, I am currently looking at a DONE4 and QF seem to have blocked D availability for most Friday and Saturday departures from Singapore to Brisbane for April 2008. So it appears that QF in general seem to be keeping seats tight. As mentioned, maybe give CX (a better J experience according to the experienced) a try.

Cheers,
