Why is this so unreliable.... seems to report this problem every time I try and use it...

"A request entity is longer than the server can handle"

Im trying to check availability from Melb to Europe in August.... maybe its a problem with my PC - can someone please check for me?

Cheers.

I have found that deleting all Qantas cookies and restarting browser can fix this.

Thanks looks healthier.... :)

Availability looks really tight...

Should I be looking at
Qantas & Partner Classic Awards or Qantas & Jetstar Any Seat Awards

I am booking 2x one-way flights to europe - I have 200,000 points and I assume they are 64,000 points each so I should have no problem right?:confused:

Any Seat Awards should have greater availbility but may require more QFF points depending on what airfares are available for purchase on any particular flight.

Keep in mind though that Any Seat Awards now earn SCs and QFF points.

Have a look at routes via other countries i.e. not just MEL-LHR. Multi-destination trips work via JNB, NRT, LAX etc and are still 64000 pts. It's just a question of imagination................and availability.

You could also try MEL-HKG, HKG-LHR as two separate legs as this will sometimes provide flights with/without a long layover. Same for other city pairs. Availability is very limited but you may do it with premium economy part way e.g 9/10 August
