I booked a multi city flight from Osaka to Taipei, Taipei to Melbourne via Qantas using points. When I checked the booking in Cathay website, it says the status of the first lag (KIX to TPE, Cathay) is “Confirmed” and the status of the second lag (TPE to MEL, China Airline) is “Ticket Not Issued”.
I went through some posts and some fellows recommended CMT, however after recent upgrade it no longer shows e-ticket numbers on all legs anymore.
I checked using RJ and there is a e-ticket number in the bottom and all legs are “Confirmed”. Just wondering whether I should be worried in this case?
Many thanks in advance.

Welcome to AFF!
If you're seeing a ticket number on RJ and everything shows as confirmed there and not waitlisted or similar in Qantas Manage My Booking (MMB), you're probably OK.
I have a multi-carrier award flight later in the year and on the usual sites that show reliable information such as RJ and MH (and CMT until last week), everything shows as ticketed and confirmed. But on the CX site I also see "ticket not issued" against a couple of flights. I'm assuming that seeing as CX is the outlier in displaying this message, and also seeing as they're not the ticketing airline that it's just a system issue at their end. All other evidence points to all my flights being properly ticketed, as also seems to be the case for you.

Thank you @1022 , won’t worry about it anymore. Hope Cathay can fix this bug soon.
