Hand Raised Pork Pie with Fig and Cinnamon Chutney

I'm all for free range produce, responsible farming and quality, but I've got some sort of unease in knowing that this pork pie which I'm about to tuck into was so lovingly raised by hand before one day it met its untimely demise via the axe.

Gotta be careful with the words they choose on this menu!

I'd suggest that the hand raised pork pie meets its demise when cooked or when someone bites into it. Really it has to save a lot of waste raising pork pies from a young age, rather than making them later from a whole pork.

Yup - QF from SYD to BKK then over to BA for the onwards legs to LHR..
