My travel agent booked my Business Class flights from SYD to Europe flying Emirates. I am a QFF member and an Emirates Skywards member. The flight numbers for all flights are EK (not QF).
It appears that the Emirates website allows users to select either QFF or Skywards as their preferred choice of Reward program.
Which program will generate more points than the other?
If I select QFF (on the Emirates website) would I receive the same number of QFF points than if my flights had a QF flight number?
Looking forward to receiving your response!

Point earn is similar but you will not earn status credits crediting to QF. QF code would earn significantly more qff points and SC. I credit my EK flights to QFF as my ability to earn points and use with QF is much greater than EK. Obviously I always try and get a QF code on EK metal to get additional points and status credits, but that is not always possible.

What is your history/balance with EK and QF freq flyer programs?
One trip is not a good basis to select or add to a ffp.
Beware of orphan ff miles/points/avios they may expire before get enough to use.
