We are long term (previously loyal) QFF members - after our second (first in 2022) ticketing stuff up by QANTAS - we booking 2 QFF EK seats, getting notification from Emirates of the booking, nothing from QANTAS so I rang and altered them (South Africa) to the ticketing issues - points were deducted credit card payment remade - only to find the next day the booking has been cancelled by EMIRATES as QANTAS has not completed the ticketing. The response from QFF staff member - you need to rebook and pay and we will credit the points & payment from the first booking! As there are no longer any QFF seats available out travel plans (now only 28 hours away) are ruined!
