Hi all,
I've spent a bit of time on the JQ website but can't seem to establish one way or another...
I'm buying a return MEL-DPS flight. The flight over is in Y, the flight back in J.
On the flight over I add a $70 "Plus Bundle" that provides some SC, checked baggage etc...but does NOT provide for a refund (flight remains non refundable)
Flight back is in J and I had the "Business Max Bundle" which provides SC, checked baggage etc and DOES provide for a refund.
Normally when combining tickets I would expect the airline to apply the LOWEST fare rules to the entire booking. In this instance, both flights are booked on the one ticket...so what happens when I ask for a refund? Do they refund the J but not the Y, or do they apply the lowest fare rule (the Y) and say you're not entitled to a refund?
Anybody been down this road?
