Just wondering your experiences booking LAX -SYD for more than 2 pax.
just tried to book 5 ppl lax sydney. the website wasn't working( whats new) so and to go thru the call centre
they wanted to charge me $150 booking credit card fee.
i argued that it says( and I couldn't read it as the website was down)
$30 credit card fee for credit card more than $50. I thought it said per person
so 5 ppl at $42 should be no cc fee. or at most was one charge so should be 1 CC fee of $30 as the credit card would not be charged multiple times.
they argued that it was the coughulative amount of 200 meant that i have to pay $30 per person
i argued that as it was $42 per person I should pay nothing.
I am sure when i have booked 4 ppl on one ticket LAX SYD I have not been charged the cc fee but I can't find those old tickets.
