After being delayed by 2 hours (phone call and SMS advising of delay) with XFBroken we were finally boarding.

Priority boarding worked a treat.

Greeted by surname upon boarding and offered assistance with putting hand luggage in overhead locker. Pre flight drinks and newspapers offered as soon as I sat down.

Amenity kits handed out short time later.

Food and bottomless glass of wine ( must have had 2 bottles of chardy).

Disembarking is finally done via aerobridge.

Priority bags works very well, Bags was no.4 out, and arrived within a minute or two of my arrival at the carousel.

All in all another good overall experience.

A point of note was that there 18 other pad in J, never had this many before.

The person next to me was a head of a NSW government department and said, I quote " up until recently I was a Qantas platinum but I have thrown that away and find Virgin overs a better overall experience, especially the attitude of their staff". He doesn't fly internationally with Qantas any more for the same reason.

Their coast to coast J product has certainly improved since it's introduction last year.
