My wife and I are relocating for work to Calgary, Alberta early July. The specific day of travel is yet to be decided.
Our travel route is Perth - Sydney - Vancouver - Calgary and we have a 2 month old baby travelling with us  so would like to transit through the Sydney airports on the quietest day possible.

Can someone please advise us what day(s) would be the quietest to transit through Sydney?

Regardless of the day we choose to travel, our flight will arrive into Sydney at 6am and will depart for Vancouver at 10:25am (Air Canada - AC034).

Thanks

Doogie

I stand to be corrected, but I believe Sunday morning would be the quietest morning at SYD. Definitely avoid Mondays.

From experience Saturdays, Tuesday and Wednesday are quietest.

But probably most significant is time of day. Around midday the domestic terminal can get a bit quiet.

I dont think anyone at the airport will mind a two month old transitting - at anytime. Whats the concern?

Sunday mornings are certainly quiet the times I've been through SYD Int. 6am arrival and 10:25 departure you won't be rushed off your feet.
