I haven't had to chase up missing GCs. Well, apart from a GC code that didn't work, that is.Does anyone else find you have to actively call Red Energy to chase up on the gift card or else they will pretend they tried to email it but you didn't receive for some unknown reason even through you know it's correct cos the welcome emails etc all came through and then it gets sent through just fine when you chase them for it?

Oh, what a tosser.... One person told me that they had used my referral so after about 3 months I followed up to see if they had received their GC. Their response was that when they went to move over their service to Red Energy, their existing provider countered with a better offer so they stayed where they were. ...

I've not had to chase it - they just take a while to send it. I am guessing this is partly to discourage churning to game the system (so they add some delay or buffer) and simply because they use a third party for fulfillment and my experience in the back end of those systems is they are either amazingly manual or simply take a while based on batching processes.. so nothing happens quickly.
