A Happy New Year for 2020 (we're all living in the Twenties, and if we still had 707s they'd be the Roaring Twenties!).

My referral code is: 6264092

My referral code is 6794470.
You will receive a $50 ecard and I will receive the same when you use my code to sign up to a red energy electricity plan

Happy New Year everyone!
My customer number is 6770173 if anyone needs a referral.

Will be most appreciated if anyone could use it, thanks!

Don't think anyone used my referral code - but I didn't expect it.

Seemed a bit rude that others piled in after SydneySwan revived this thread, so:-

Happy New Year to everyone. My Sydney Swan's referral code is 6881656

Does anyone else find you have to actively call Red Energy to chase up on the gift card or else they will pretend they tried to email it but you didn't receive for some unknown reason even through you know it's correct cos the welcome emails etc all came through and then it gets sent through just fine when you chase them for it?

Have had quite a few gift cards land in my inbox. Thank you to all who have used my referral.

My account number is 7039463 if anyone would like a referral. Thanks in advance if anyone uses my referral.

I haven't had to chase up missing GCs. Well, apart from a GC code that didn't work, that is.

I think you have been very fortunate JohnK. I haven't received any. One person told me that they had used my referral so after about 3 months I followed up to see if they had received their GC. Their response was that when they went to move over their service to Red Energy, their existing provider countered with a better offer so they stayed where they were. :(

My referral code is listed at posts 81 and 85 (thanks banana boy). If that is too much work, then it is 6881656

If this is still running, my number is 7201111.

Since switching in June I've had two bills that have both come in around $200 for the quarter. I have solar as well, but they are easily my cheapest bills and it has been a summer with a lot of A/C usage!

Oh, what a tosser. 😡

Had one person use my referral. Much appreciated. My referral for anyone else planning to sign up :)

Thank you to whoever Maiya is, for using my account number 6840020 as a referral. What a lovely surprise. I hope it’s paid forward for you, too! 😘
Interestingly, for the referer, apart from the usual option of redeeming $50 gift cards, (the WISH card redeemable at Woolies), a new option offered to me was to receive 3,500 Qantas points instead of the gift card.

I've not had to chase it - they just take a while to send it. I am guessing this is partly to discourage churning to game the system (so they add some delay or buffer) and simply because they use a third party for fulfillment and my experience in the back end of those systems is they are either amazingly manual or simply take a while based on batching processes.. so nothing happens quickly.

Thank you to ‘Christopher’ for using my account number 6840020 as a referral. What a lovely surprise. Signed up in November, still chasing them for the $50 voucher 😅
