Redeeming skybus vouchers from VA promo

There was some promo within the last year where you received VA points etc for skybus vouchers. I can't for the life of me find the email or thread to redeem the vouchers on skybus in Mel. Nothing in the VA account either. Points are in the account from December though!

Any direction would be gratefully received.

Not sure exactly what you mean. You have received the points, but can't find the vouchers to actually use for the bus travel?

I did buy 5 trips but no idea where to find the trips/vouchers to redeem.
Looks like more of a skybus thing. Tried their online person but no joy

called skybus and told to call head office! Surely someone has redeemed these some easier way??

You should have received an email containing a link to print the voucher. (It's one 2d barcode valid for 5 uses.)

The point's credit to your Velocity account is pretty quick. Can you see those in your account activity?

Thanks a bunch! Found the tickets! Saved skybus to home screen - much rather buy tickets this way than buying paper tickets. Love it when my life is made easier

Just spotted this thread while trying to find a cheap Skybus deal.
Anyhoo, if you have a look @ Melbourne's SkyBus offers Virgin Australia frequent flyer points you can see a nice announcement/summary.

The take away from all this is that the current link is: http://skybus.umd.com.au/skybus/ for Velocity

The MASTERPASS code was gold while it lasted. Hopefully something similar will come along one day, I am out of the $13 vouchers I bulk bought now!
