Does anyone have any information on the average number of Frequest Flyer points individuals would have?

What % of points are redeemed for Award Flights and what % are redeemed for Non-Award products/services.

I assume there would be a correlation between the number of points an idvidual has before they start redeeming for non-flight products and that this threshold would be rather high - is there any information on this?

Qantas would have this information, but I doubt they would release it.

It's rather commercially sensitive stuff.

I am sure Qantas has all this information. Have you asked them? But I expect they keep such statistics very close to themselves. This is not going to be in the public domain. So even if someone did know (because they worked in that department in Qantas), they are very unlikely to reveal it publicly.
