Apologies firstly if this is not the correct thread to post this in.
In February I booked three tickets through Velocity on codeshare VA 8162 and VA8161 flights from PER to CHC for this coming December.
Due to the codeshare partnership with Air NZ being dropped, it looks like VA are going to re-route us through Brisbane ( I only found out when I looked on the Velocity site at my booking- no email or phone calls yet). My question is... do I have any rights to get a full refund given that they cant provide me with the direct flight that I purchased? I really want those Air NZ seats...can I ensure somehow that I get them?

Out of curiosity is this link and industry wide policy e.g. to TA's or internal to call centers. I could not find info like this via the VA web site, but it is quite helpful.
VA Agency Hub, it's an internet site for agents where VA publishes stuff like this. It is indeed handy.
