Hi everyone,
Haven't travelled on an A330 for a while, so after some seat advice. Flying Sydney-Singapore on this Thursday, and the following seats are currently available:

23 A/B
24 J/K
45 A & K (B & J also available for a fee)

Currently in 45A, but wondering whether a move to 23A or 24K would be worthwhile?

I'm hoping to use this flight to work and stay awake, as I'm on a Finnair flight to Helsinki straight after this one. I'm 175cm tall.

Looking for any advice / experiences with any of these seats.

Cheers!

Take the 23 A or B (or J/K) depending if you like window or aisle. They are baby bassinet seats at the bulkhead.....won't go wrong in my humble opinion.

Just flew on the refurbished A330-300 to Singapore. 23AB and 24JK are the bulkhead seats but the legroom isn't that great. There is definitely more knee room but you won't be able to stretch out your legs (which is something I hate). However, if you plan to stay up and do work, then these seats would suit you, as no one will be reclining into you and you will be able to work. Be warned that that the middle 4 seats of row 23 are bassinet seats, so have earphones or headphones on. However, 45A will give you room for your legs to stretch out and also not have anyone recline into your space. The only negative will be the congregation around that area whilst people wait for the toilets. If you have no rush to get out of the plane quickly (like a tight connection), it is probably better to stay with 45A.

I am only 5'9" but never ever take 23A or 23K again. Had cramps for ~2 hours after landing from a SIN-PER flight a few years ago. The centre bulkhead seats are ok with better legroom and at a stretch 23B or 23J are ok if you take turns stretching the legs out one at a time along the bulkhead.

I have pre-allocated 45K which is exit row window but is complimentary for future flight.
